By evaluating and analyzing the market and its trends, the Development & Training department helps in the development of services with proposals for the creation of new services or the modification of the existing ones. It analyses the objectives of the commercial department so that they are understandable and achievable, with the main focus on their reaching them. Its basic responsibility is the training of the Commercial Department with seminars provided by RE/MAX itself, as well as with seminars /trainings of successful people in sales worldwide.
In addition, the frequent presence in the branches of the group, ensures the understanding and implementation of the strategy and development plan, continuous training and the creation of the family atmosphere that is the cornerstone of the company’s development and the principles that characterize the management. Finally, the constant communication between the Development & Training, the Human Resources department and the Management, is the way to participate in the recruiting of new associates whenever necessary.
