An important and vital role of the HR department is the promotion of corporate values and the formation of a positive culture, in a working environment with the vision, values and philosophy of the Group as its main focus. With key responsibilities for recruitment, interview process and selection of personnel, it is the department’s task to ensure a “happy”, calm and productive workplace where everyone works towards the achievement of the defined goal.
At the same time, an important responsibility of the department is the reception and integration of new staff, but also the management of requests, dealing with complaints or other issues in order to bridge and normalize working relations, always in accordance with the corporate culture and regulations under the guidance of the Management.
