How it works:

• The group of companies, through Oiko Kourtidis, builds high quality newly built homes in selected and touristically developed areas, in the form of modern and organized residential complexes.
• We study and complete along with the client the budget for the purchase of the property, the complete and integrated construction of the house and the selection of equipment and all materials.
• The buyer-investor buys with a gradual repayment based on the progress of the construction work. We present in detail the payment table by work phase.
• We develop a timeline of work, so that the completion and delivery time of the project can be controlled.
