About the area

Ofrynio Beach is the birthplace of the Group and the jewel of the Strymonic Gulf. Since 1996, Kourtidis Group has built more than 3,500 residences, while in 2012 it inaugurated its first central office in the area. It is a landmark destination, where the Group’s investments have shaped a new, modern urban and touristic environment. The beach stretches for 17 kilometers of sandy coastline, proudly holding Blue Flag distinctions—ideal for those seeking crystal-clear waters, modern hospitality, and a vibrant summer lifestyle. The area’s infrastructure continues to grow, with restaurants, cafés, and beach bars operating year-round, attracting visitors from Greece, the Balkans, and Central Europe. Local gastronomy enhances the experience, offering fresh Aegean fish, local wines, almonds, olive oil, honey, and traditional sweets. Ofrynio Beach is not only a seaside paradise but also a historical crossroads of civilizations. Just a short distance away lies Amphipolis and the Kasta Tomb, unique monuments that connect the region to Alexander the Great and the heritage of Macedonia. Today, Ofrynio Beach is a four-season destination and a growing investment hub, where property values continue to rise. Here, Kourtidis Group continues to build the future, transforming the area into a reference point for all of Northern Greece.
